The Only Disney Trained Service Company on the Shore. Yep, that’s right. I used to work at Disney down in Orlando. I took everything I learned there and applied it to my business. (see note at the bottom)

I know this is a small town. The bottom line is, I want you to be thrilled with your cleaning. You see, I don’t want to see you in the grocery store and have to go hide in the frozen food section because you are mad at me.

I also have 4 great kids and live here on the Eastern Shore

I am really proud of them. My oldest son Tanner is attending Loyola in Baltimore studying accounting. Camden (the curly one) is still in high school and plays a mean guitar. Kazys (named after my Lithuanian grandfather) is a top ranked swimmer and little Emma loves dance.

I am also married to my fantastic and supportive wife, Gina. She rocks!

The Disney Experience
I have done so well in implementing Disney style service in my business that I have started traveling the country speaking to groups and organizations about how they can become the “Disney” of their profession. I take them on a 3 day Service boot camp at Walt Disney World, where we spend time behind the scenes touring the parks and class room time to create your own service blueprint. Plus there are a ton of surprises!
